Technical Visit to
Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited (HAECO) at HKIA
Inside HAECO’s Robotic Warehouses: Transforming Hong Kong’s Aviation Supply Chains HAECO will provide a guided tour of their hangar workshops and material management warehouse, which are operated with robotics and automation solutions. The participants will also visit the new Safety & Experience Centre located on Lantau Island at the Hong Kong International Airport maintenance area.
This exclusive technical visit provides young university minds with a unique opportunity to observe advanced automation technologies. AI-driven robots enhance inventory management, autonomous guided vehicles efficiently navigate high-density storage, and intelligent systems optimize parts retrieval to accelerate aircraft maintenance.

[By invitation] Priority will be given to Student Day 2026 contestants. Any remaining seats after 3 March 2026 will be available to CILTHK members on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration deadline: For student priority registration, please register online before 28 February 2026
Successful applicants will be notified by 3 March 2026 via email.
Valid HKID or passport will be required from the successful applicants to apply for the Airport Restricted Area Permits before the visit.
