Alvin is the Director of E-commerce Fulfillment at DealerSend, where he delivers customized solutions for e-commerce fulfillment, with a focus on Kickstarter campaigns and Shopify platforms. With over 20 years of B2C logistics experience, Alvin holds an MBA and is a CPA. He began his career as an auditor at a Big Four firm and advanced to Finance Manager and Financial Controller for a Hong Kong main board-listed company. Alvin was previously CFO of a fulfillment company before founding and leading his own for three years. At DealerSend, he manages end-to-end operations, from factory pickup to global warehouse distribution, using air and ocean freight for customs clearance and last-mile delivery. He leverages API connections to improve efficiency and deliver scalable solutions for various e-commerce requirements.

Adrian is an experienced cross-border logistics leader with a proven track record in the fast-paced world of e-commerce logistics. Renowned for his expertise in People Management, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, and Sales Management, he spent over a decade at DHL, where he played a pioneering role in expanding the China market for both DHL Global Forwarding and DHL eCommerce Solution. After mastering the industry from the Global 500, Adrian boldly stepped out of his comfort zone to become Managing Director for the Asia Pacific Region at YunExpress, a unicorn startup based in Shenzhen, China. He holds an MBA (Dean’s List) from the University of Michigan and studied at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
